Dernier album de Kent le 20 mai prochain

Då Som Nu För Alltid (traduit par Then As Now Forever) sera le 12e et dernier album pour le groupe suédois Kent. Il sera disponible le 20 mai prochain, et déjà, le premier extrait, Egoist, peut être entendu plus bas. La date annoncée hier du 17 décembre 2016 coïncide avec le dernier concert que Kent donneront, à Stockholm, au Tele2 Arena.

Un double album compilation est annoncé en automne, avec deux nouvelles pièces, qui seront les deux dernières nouvelles pièces du groupe.

En septembre, le groupe commencera sa dernière série de spectacle, concentrée dans les pays nordiques (Suède, Norvège, Finlande, Danemark) dont voici les dates plus bas :

We have always tried to go our own ways.
Thanks to all of you who cared about our music. Thanks to all of you who came to our shows, from the first tentative chaotic gigs in small clubs during the hazy nineties to the large arenas. You have made it possible for us to continue.
We are forever thankful for your support, your patience and your love.
To play in this band is the greatest, most enjoyable and most challenging thing any of us four ever done in our life.
It has always been about challenges, goosebumps and trying to have as much fun as possible on the way.
We wanted, this time, to examine what will happen if we was to do this for the very last time. What feelings will it bring?
Because everything is about the feeling.
We are very, very pleased with the feeling this time.
This is not the end because we have a boring time together or because we don’t have any desires anymore.
This is the end because the best of all yesterdays and tomorrows parties holds a farewell in themselves.
